1. Shipping & Logistics

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement. Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 2-3 business days, while non-metro locations take 4-5 business days.

2. 7-Day Doorstep Returns

If you receive a defective, damaged, or mismatched product, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Our courier executive will inspect and pick up the item from your doorstep.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across most Indian postal codes. Please verify the OTP sent to your phone upon courier arrival.
